Why invest in Portugal?
Many people who “discover” Portugal
– among them the British, other Western Europeans
and Americans – would like to spend more of
their leisure time there. They are attracted to
Portugal for its space, its relaxed life-style,
its low crime rate, its clean air … and property
prices that are still relatively low, especially
when compared with those in France, Italy and Spain.
Currently more people are entering Portugal as
immigrants than those leaving it as emigrants.
